The Football Association Cup Semi-Final

The Gunners booked their fourth appearance in the last five FA Cup Finals with a convincing 3-0 score-line. Robert Pires opened the scoring on 42 minutes with a close range shot from a fine Kolo Toure cross. In the latter part of the match, Robin van Persie came on as a substitute and scored two memorable opportunist goals on 86 and 90 minutes.
